Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Bulk Order Hero. By creating an account or placing an order through a Bulk Order Hero store, you agree to them.

What we provide

Bulk Order Hero is software that lets haulers and supply yards ("merchants") run an online store, price deliveries, schedule and dispatch loads, and take card payments. We are not a party to the sale between a merchant and its customer, and we do not haul, sell or deliver materials.

Merchant accounts

• You must give accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for your prices, product descriptions, delivery areas and taxes.
• You are responsible for delivering what you sell and for handling refunds and disputes with your customers.
• You must follow the law and Stripe's terms when selling.

Payments and fees

Payments are processed by Stripe through each merchant's own Stripe Connect account, and the merchant is the merchant of record. Use of Stripe is subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.

There is no monthly fee and no setup fee. A 2% service fee applies to each order, and card processing fees apply as shown on our pricing page. Merchants can pass these fees on to customers or cover them. We'll give notice before changing fees.

Customers

If you order from a merchant's store, your contract for the materials and delivery is with that merchant. Questions about an order, delivery or refund go to the merchant first.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service for anything illegal, to send spam, to interfere with the service, or to access other people's accounts or data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". Delivery prices and estimates depend on the information merchants enter. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken. Sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll let merchants know by email.
