Inventory and purchasing

Know what's in the yard before you run out.

Inventory built for bulk materials. Stock comes off as loads go out, alerts reach you before a pile runs dry, and purchase orders keep vendor loads on track.

01 · Stock

Stock that keeps itself up to date.

Every load updates your numbers, so you always know what's in the pile, what's promised, and what's left to sell.

  • Comes off as loads go out

Material comes off when a load is marked On the way or picked up, and goes back if you undo.

  • On hand, on orders, available

See what's in the yard, what's promised to customers, and what's left to sell.

  • Buy by the ton, sell by the yard

Receive in tons, and the app converts with your weight per yard.

  • Counts and shrink

Count a pile, and the difference is saved as shrink so the books match the yard.

  • Adjustments with a reason

Spillage, damage, or material you used yourself, each recorded with a reason.

  • Full stock history

Every movement shows who, when, and why. Export it any time.

02 · Alerts

Hear about it before the pile runs out.

Set a low point for each material, and choose what the store does when it's gone.

  • Low-stock alerts

Get an alert in the app and by email when a material drops to its low point.

  • Keep selling or stop

Keep taking orders, or hide sizes bigger than what's left. They come back when you restock.

  • Available on phone orders

Phone orders show what's available and warn you before you oversell.

03 · Purchasing

Purchase orders your vendors can confirm.

Order from your quarry, mill, or trucker, and track every load until it's in the yard.

  • Vendors and their prices

Keep each vendor's contact, materials, and prices in one place.

  • Numbered purchase orders

Send a PO by email or text in a couple of taps, starting at PO-1001.

  • A link for your vendor

Vendors confirm the order and log each load they ship. No login needed.

  • Receive against the PO

Receive a load, attach the ticket, and stock goes up.

  • Incoming at a glance

See what's ordered and still on the way for every material.

  • Reorder in one tap

Start a new PO with your usual vendor and amount.
